License to Use

Pyobide grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard EULA.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except as permitted by law. You may not use the app for unlawful activities or to violate third-party rights.

Subscriptions and Billing

Pyobide offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Data and Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle data and user content.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms of this EULA or the Apple Standard EULA.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyobide and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
